Needs a bit of Pop.
If a action decreases contrast for me, I usually do a levels adjustment. When it's set to RGB just move the left slider in a bit and it'll increase the blacks. I hope that helps! :)
I personally like it without a lot of contrast.

That is some white hair - like my son!
I love it it is different and interesting.
I think this photo is sweet just the way it is. He has a cute sweep the his hair :)
You would probably need a dark tub to get more contrast with all of that blonde hair:) Like Trish, I really like the sweep in it.
